POSH Act was enacted by Govt. of India in 2013. Under the Act, an employer and organization are accountable for implementing policies that guard against workplace sexual harassment. This Act is applicable to all Indian businesses with ten or more employees. The Act also specifies a number of requirements that businesses must meet.
