MIMA CSR & Skills Services

Under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 (Registration Number M-753/98) and The Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950 (Registration Number F-14969/98), The YouthBuild Foundation—formerly known as MITCON Foundation—is formally registered.

It has been actively involved in advancing women’s empowerment, encouraging youth development, assisting entrepreneurship, offering skills and vocational training, aiding in rural development, and providing corporate social responsibility services since its founding in 1998.

Visionary Leader

Over 40 years of extensive industry experience Revamped MITCON Consultancy and Engineering Services Ltd. Served as Managing Director from April 1995 to June 2021, with a restricted tenure.
During his 40 years of career, He acquired knowledge and experience in a wide range of business sectors and industries, including power, renewable energy, carbon credit, energy conservation, environment protection, sugar, agro-processing, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, banking, and education.
He had been a part of implementation programs for various government schemes, such as food parks and industrial clusters. He also has developed various strategies for providing assistance and support to families or individuals impacted by a project.Imparted vocational and IT education to more than 25 Lakh budding entrepreneurs and Youth .

Having a rich experience of over four decades to lead the renowned consultancy organization, he has worked closely with Industry, Government policy makers as well as Social & Developmental Agencies.

Dr. Bavadekar belongs to village Bavada in Khandala Taluka of Satara District. With a deep sense of ‘giving back to the society’, Dr. Bavadekar is passionate about rural development. He has spent around Rs. 2.50 Cr. from his own kitty for various social projects.

Dr. Pradeep Bavadekar is associated with the Businessmen’s Association of Maharashtra,where he has received the Make In India Award.
He is also affiliated with the Business Express and the Europe Asia Business School. Additionally, Dr. Bavadekar is a member of the Steel Furnace Association of India.
